Design single probes, probe pairs for SNP detection, primer pairs, single primers or any combination. Once you indicate the details of your experiment, Visual OMPs powerful design algorithms simulates thousands of possible combinations in order to identify the best sets. You can specifiy a strategy to emphasize either Specificity, Sensitivity, or a Balanced approach, or limit designs to oligos of a particular length or Tm. Expert users can also fine tune the design algorithms to suit their needs.
