Once you indicate the details of your experiment, Visual OMPs powerful
design algorithms simulates thousands of possible combinations in
order to identify the best sets. You can specifiy a strategy to
emphasize either Specificity, Sensitivity, or a Balanced approach,
or limit designs to oligos of a particular length or Tm. Expert
users can also fine tune the design algorithms to suit their needs. |
