Visual OMP Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing a problem with Visual OMP, we apologize for the inconvenience! To get you back on-track as quickly as possible, we recommend the following steps:

1. Make sure you have the latest versions of Visual OMP & OMP DE!

Chances are that you are experiencing a problem that has been fixed in the latest versions. Here's how to check.

• The latest version of Visual OMP is: 6.4.0.0
• The latest version OMP DE is: 2,0,0,2719
• The latest version of AOI2 is: 1,1,0,87

If you do not have the latest versions, here's how to get them.

2. Click the description that best describes what you are experiencing:

• I don't know how to perform a particular task.
• I believe I am experiencing a technical problem with Visual OMP.
